What's the difference between Ayvo and a consultancy?
A consultancy delivers a strategy and rotates in juniors. We deliver shipped, operational systems — built by partners who have run delivery and governance inside the same kind of organizations you run. We co-own outcomes, stay embedded through execution, and do not disappear when the SOW ends.
What's the difference between Ayvo and a vendor or tool provider?
A vendor sells you a tool. We diagnose what is actually blocking transformation inside your organization first — the data, the governance, the procurement reality, the stakeholder alignment — and then build the systems that fit. Tools without that diagnosis usually become shelfware.
What's a Sparks engagement?
A 4-to-6-week paid diagnostic. We run a controlled proof on one of your highest-friction workflows, assess readiness, map governance gaps, and verify stakeholder alignment. You leave with one working proof in production, an honest diagnosis of whether transformation should proceed, and a concrete roadmap — only if we recommend it.
Will you tell us if Sparks shows we're not ready?
Yes — and we have. We refuse engagements where the conditions for success do not exist. A partner who credibly says "not yet" becomes more valuable to the right organizations. If we recommend pausing, we will explain why and what would need to change before Launch is advisable.
How long until we see real value?
First measurable proof in production by the end of Sparks (week 4–6). First real systems shipped through Launch (month 3–6). Leadership has working systems operating before being asked to commit to the multi-year program.
Who owns the data and the systems we build together?
You do. Always. Data residency and IP ownership are written into every engagement from day one. Your data, models, and code are yours — governed in the environment you choose (sovereign cloud, gov cloud, or on-prem). We retain rights only to reusable frameworks and non-client-specific components, never to anything that contains your data or business logic.
How does Ayvo align with Vision 2030 and the UAE Agentic AI mandate?
Every roadmap we deliver is mapped against the relevant national priorities — Vision 2030 KPIs for KSA entities, the Agentic AI mandate for UAE federal entities. Quick wins are selected for both ROI and defensibility against published national priorities.
How does Ayvo fit into our procurement process?
We work across standard procurement routes — direct engagement, framework agreements, or through our institutional partners (Dubai Future Foundation, Sela, University of Wollongong in Dubai). We collaborate with your procurement team to find the cleanest path.
Do you work in Arabic?
Yes. Stakeholder sessions, documentation, and user-facing systems — bilingual by default for our KSA and UAE clients.
What if we already have a transformation strategy in place?
Good. We start from where you are, pressure-test the roadmap, identify what is structurally blocking execution, and join the delivery. We do not re-strategize what is already working.
